VirtualRide is a digital subscription. On the web, Stripe bills USD $9 per month. In the iOS app, Apple bills USD $9.99 per month (or your local App Store price) through an auto-renewing in-app subscription.
Cancel anytime. Web: Billing in the app. iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid. We do not prorate unused days of the current month unless the law requires it. Apple’s refund rules apply to App Store purchases.
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. When you subscribe, you ask us to start the digital service immediately. If you start using Street View rides during those 14 days, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right may end for that period under the rules for digital content. If you have not used the ride app, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of that first charge.
If a renewal fails, access stops until the payment is collected. Web: update the card in Billing. iOS: update the payment method on your Apple ID.
Contact us before disputing a charge. We may pause the account while a dispute is open.
Open Billing in the app, use the email on your Stripe receipt, or request an Apple refund through Report a Problem.
